1-year parts and labor warranty.

This actually depends on the condition of the property and how many HVAC systems the home has. Typically for a home with one or two HVAC systems the service lasts from 2 1/2 - 4 hours. A large home with 6 air conditioners will likely have more sinks, doors and other items that need maintenance, this could take all day.

It really depends how much is broken and how many repairs we have to make.
No.
Once you select the maintenance package, during the checkout select COD. Payment will be collected by the technician providing the service on the day of service.

If you have a tenant in the property, you also have the option to make payment now. Select PayPal at checkout. You don't actually need a PayPal account; you can use a credit card as a guest user if you prefer.
You will be emailed a brief questioner about the property. Once we receive it back, the maintenance will be scheduled with you or your tenant.
You will receive an email with a detailed report on all the services that were performed and all the repairs that were made. You will receive important data like the age of equipment installed, filter sizes and quantities, a performance summary and general condition of the equipment. It will include pictures of any parts that were replaced as well as pictures of things we believe you might want to address like weeds in yard, bad paint or other damages we notice during our visit.
